First, you will want to create a custom menu to control the order of your pages, add dropdown pages, and add categories to your menu.
Then, to control the look and style of your menu, navigate to Appearance / Customize in your WordPress Dashboard.
Choose the Menu Tab in the Customizer. Enable Sticky Menu, change the colors, change fonts and more!
