Often, a user might customize their WordPress theme settings, only to decide later that they need to create a child theme. Creating a child theme and activating it does not automatically inherit your customizer settings. So, the next best solution is to export your customizer settings from your parent theme, and import them to your child theme. Here is the plugin we use to import and export our customizer settings:
